1988 - Lead Optical Coating department in 1988 with 10 Balzers & Leybold PVD-Coaters, design & production for UV/VIS NIR(220-1600nm)+ FLIR(8-12µm).
Involved in optical coatings from 1st design to yield optimized serial production ever since.
